1. Scope of Services

Our services involve arranging non-urban road transport for passengers via buses, minibuses, or private vehicles. The provision of these services complies with the legal and safety requirements set by applicable transport regulations. We ensure fair pricing that covers the actual costs of the service.

2. Definitions

Client: The person or entity booking the transport service.
Transport Provider: French-Driver.com or the company fulfilling the booking.
Driver: The person operating the vehicle.
Passengers: Individuals being transported, excluding the driver.

3. Information Requirements

Before the service is provided, clients must provide essential details such as date, time, route, and group composition. Changes to this information may result in cancellation or modification fees, and French-Driver.com reserves the right to refuse the service if such changes significantly impact the booking.

4. Vehicle Specifications

Vehicles provided for service will meet all safety and comfort requirements. Any damages caused by passengers will be billed to the client.

5. Onboard Safety

Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions, including the use of seatbelts and child safety measures. The driver may refuse to operate if safety is compromised.

6. Luggage

French-Driver.com is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. All items should be properly labeled by the passengers.

7. Media & Content

If the client wishes to play media (e.g., music, videos) during the transport, they must secure the necessary copyright permissions.

8. Pricing

Prices quoted include all applicable fees. However, changes to the original booking (such as route or group size) may lead to an adjustment in the price.

9. Contract & Payment

The contract is finalized when the signed quote or agreement is returned, and payment is confirmed. Full payment must be made according to the agreed terms to secure the booking. Please note that in case of cancellation, any deposit paid can be retained by French-Driver.com but may be used as a credit for future bookings, valid for up to two years or can be refunded in specific reasons.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the service.
50% cancellation fee between 14 days and 48 hours before service.
100% cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours of the service. Deposits may be converted into a credit for future services for up to two years.

11. Subcontracting

French-Driver.com may subcontract the transport service to third parties. However, the responsibility for service quality remains with French-Driver.com.

12. Service Modifications

Any changes to the service, such as route or timing, must be communicated immediately and may result in additional charges.

13. Unforeseen Events

Schedules and routes are provided as guidelines only. French-Driver.com is not liable for delays or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

14. Retards

French-Driver.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions or weather.

15. Accidents & Liability

In the rare event of an accident, French-Driver.com will assist by putting the client in contact with the insurance provider of the service operator, and all relevant information will be shared to facilitate the process. French-Driver.com, as a booking platform, cannot be held directly liable for any damages, and legal action should be directed toward the operator of the transport service.

16. International Travel

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including visa and passport requirements, when booking services that involve international travel.

17. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted within eight days of the service date to be considered for review.

​

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the commercial court in the company's registered location.
